Communication skills

One or more of the observed situations should be described in the form of a typed essay, mainly focusing on the communicational (verbal and nonverbal) aspects of the encounter.
Proper use of technical terms related to communication. Presentation of the circumstances in which the observation took place (persons, time, place, situation, context). Detailed discussion of appropriate and inappropriate communicational details. Proper structure: introduction, detailed description and analysis of the chosen situation(s), conclusion, lessons learned.
